So I've been MIA due to some rather exciting developments on the job front. I moved to New York to find the job of my dreams and in the process discovered this crazy city, where I still pinch myself at the thought that I actually live here. I've finally found the dream job and whilst my mind is temporarily elsewhere, you can follow me on Instagram for more regular updates @lucylaucht.

I'm at home in England where the weather is currently wet and the spirit is stoic. The streets are strung with Union Jack bunting in anticipation of the Jubilee street parties, raindrops and grey skies be damned. 

Last week the weather was rather un-British and we spent long sun-filled days at our old cottage in Wales.
