If asked to choose a last meal, roast dinner would most definitely be it.
I've spent years attempting to master the art - the crispest, golden roast potatoes, the most delicious parsnips and carrots (honey, thyme, chilli, with a dash of olive oil). For those who don't mind dedicating their Sunday afternoons to a hot kitchen and a bottle of red wine, this is a great recipe to follow.
