Gingham

I wore this to the Anna Sui show last week when I had twenty minutes to make it from Union Square to Lincoln centre in rush hour. That day I learned these Marc Jacobs sandals were not designed for running nor subway stairs at high speed, that this orange vintage gingham check skirt is dangerously close to splitting and that Anna Sui's silk prints for next season are just awesome.

I wore a vintage dress to work today and there were little tearing sounds every time I moved. I was a little worried it wouldn't make it through the day! I feel your pain and at least we both made it with no unintentional nudity. :)
