mix/print

Inspired by the recent mixology from designers Dries Van Noten, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Marni, I've developed a bit of a thing for print on print.  The gorgeous juxtaposition of fabric and pattern in this Harpers Bazaar editorial alludes to a carefree throw-it-all on approach, yet the effect is perfect mix and match.

This is perfect. The earthy tones and rich textures of the jacket and scarf work so well together.

I've always been too chicken to mix prints, but this looks amazing!
